Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on whether the package was delivered correctly, whether the customer attempted activation, and whether the issue was caused by compatibility or order input problems.
Non-delivery or fulfillment issues
If an order fails to deliver or the eSIM details cannot be retrieved due to a system-side issue, the case may qualify for refund or replacement review.
Customer errors
Packages purchased for incompatible, locked, or unsupported devices may not be refundable. Customers should use the compatibility guide before purchase.
